Buyer Opened Unauthorized Payment Dispute for a 9 Month Old Transaction

Hello,

Yesterday Sept 17, 2013, I received 2 emails from paypal for 2 separate  "REASON FOR DISPUTE: UNAUTHORIZED" for 2 transcation dating back Nov 15 and Nov 24 in 2012.

Both are through Ebay, and just like normal transaction: I pack the items immediately (in this case USPS priority), used Ebay shipping assistance for USPS w/ Delivery Confirmation for these 2 transaction separately, then shipped same day or one day after receipt of payment. But, USPS delivery confirmation does not show records anymore since this is really old

I provided the delivery confirmation number for each transaction for Paypal to review. The buyer even left positive feedback to all the transactions that we had.

I thought paypal does not allow disputes over 45 days? or was it 60? still this is over 290 days..

What else can I do?

The buyer purchased total of 3 listings from me. What's to stop them from doing the same on the 3rd item?

Paypal do not allow disputes after 45 days but an unauthorised transaction dispute after that is not done via paypal it is done via the buyer c.c. company.

If you provided delivery confirmation to the paypal registered addy of the buyer then you should be ok.

I just got resolution on 2 disputes and this is NOT right!

I have provided the necessary information for both, with separate tracking numbers.

The first dispute was the funds were released to me.

The second one with the exact information provided (obviously different tracking number, different days) was reversed back to the buyer/scammer!

How can I contest this!?

I have the 3rd dispute open still, what else can I do about this? I've already provided the valid tracking number but obviously this tracking number is 9 months old and not working anymore.

Now, the first dispute that the funds were released to me is now being RE-DISPUTED!

What is going on?
Is this just going to happen until this scammer gets all his money back!?
