ok so why would i need to provide proof for a bank account if i dont even have a bank account linked to my PayPal account. Ive already sent proof of my ID and Proof of adress, both are already
"In Progress" so should i just wait now? or do i have to really add proof of a bank account?
Thankyou.

If PayPal requires bank account information, then you need to add your bank account informstion. If you don't have a bank account, you will need to establish one.
You could also contact PayPal customer service by phone to discuss the issues. Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page and go from there.
