Unreal... Has been sending docs since Sunday. have sent 4 different kinds of docs (electric bill, water/sewage bill, insurance statement & bank statement) but account is still blocked and the "help" team says that it is out of their control as the resolution center folks approve of artifacts. I cannot even close the account in protest as I was told that I need to get the limitations lifted to be able to close the account
These guys can be very frustrating. If they ever go out of business, this will be the main reason!! How do you not reply when you are practically sitting on my 100k+????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
