So I had a person initiate a chargeback after they received their product that I sold them. When selling I did not notice that they sent it at friends/family which is my fault, but now they are attempting to reverse the payment. The only thing is the money is no longer in my paypal account, will this chargeback take it out of my bank account that is linked to my paypal if my funds are insufficient?

Hi baseball_mo_23,
Welcome to the Community!
Sorry to hear about the chargeback To answer your question, no, your bank account that is on file with PayPal would not automatically be debited for the negative balance. You would want to resolve it in a timely manner, though, to avoid further issues with the account.
Thanks!
Adrian
