"We couldn't confirm your identity"

What do I do? When I try to add funds I just get "We couldn't confirm your identity" and it directs me to the resolution center page, which has nothing at all on it to help me. Some pics are below. Any help please?

too vague to read.

Paypal will direct members to resolution center and list the documents it want to see and you will upload them there.

like driver license,ss card,utility bill etc.

but if it does not tell you then you should ask,or launch another browser and see if it is shown
