My Paypal push notifications have been working fine until last week I upgraded my iOS to 10.2.
Now they don't work.
When I rang your customer support I was told that this is a known bug and Paypal engineers are working to resolve it.
The consultant however did not tell me that this is a very long-standing issue, not something that came up last week. I found out on the net.
Is this issue linked to the current version of iphone iOS 10.2? I did not have this issue with iOS 9.
Please advise ASAP as I use this feature to notify me of each sale transaction on my account and would like to bring it back.
I have updated Paypal app to the current version - it did not help.
If the issue is linked to iOS - well, please work with Apple to resolve it ASAP!
if the issue has been known for several months and you still haven't fixed it - Paypal that's not good enough!
PS I have iphone 6 Plus.
