I purchased a paypal cash card and I am unable to make any transactions due to my account not being verified. I refuse to provide any personal information/documentation in order to make a purchase. How do I request a refund, so that I can get my money back and delete this paypal account?
To get a refund on the card you would need to take it back to the place of purchase. First, however, read the conditions on the card and the documentation that came with the purchased card.
If you already have the card linked to your account, then you're stuck until decide to comply with PayPal identity and security poliicies.
