past sales reports

Just got a notice from the IRS that they want $12,000.00 in back taxes, penalty and interest.  I don't sell that much in a year let alone owe that type of tax.

Need to see a sales report for January 2014 and I can't find one anywhere on here.  Where can I get one to prove I did not sell any large items in that time period?

Did you get an official document in the mail?

Investigations usually give instructions for responding.  What are the details?  What did you report for 2103?  Do you have supporting documentation for that year?

The IRS considers ALL revenue, not just from PayPal.

Your computer accounting program should be able to generate needed reports as that data would have been used for your tax reporting.

you can go to your Paypal account,report and get the past history,

Did you get a 1099 from Paypal,this is for seller who has collected 200 transactions AND $20,000 or more in  a year.

One copy goes to you and one goes to IRS.

But if you dont sell much,could it be other income outside sales ?
