have a $15 balance in paypal how do I get it added to my paypal mastercard debit card... essentially I have money in limbo how do I get it on card to use it.
Good question - any money that's available on your balance is able to be used on your PayPal Debit MasterCard. This means you do not need to load it to the card in any way, it's available for making purchases or withdrawing through an ATM as long as it's available in the balance. I hope this helps!
