Does anyone know if there are fees if I make a payment through paypal to another client using my paypal branded mastercard? Or is linking our bank account the only way to avoid fees?
If you use a card as a funding source to "send" money, yes, there are transaction processing fees. If this is a payment for a service or product, then there's no fee on your end.
