thought the same like you,but in October paypal toke money from my bank(even bank I don't have like back up)...all ended on 25 bucks I must get there...or I'm mistaken???thanks and all the best in y.2017...

No idea since you have not provided details about the bank transaction nor have you provided details about the transaction in your PayPal account.
