You can ask Paypal to send you a bank check ,fee is 1.95 and it will bemailed to you USPS first class mail.

check would be in your name and can be cashed or deposited in a bank.

I'm sorry I wasnt clear, can we get a checkbook for our PayPal account the same way they give us a debit card for the PayPal account ?

PayPal is a payment service, not a bank.  You do NOT get a checking account or book of checks.
