Trying to replace lost PayPal Debit Card

I am at the window "Report Card Lost or Stolen", where I have verified the shipping address (for sending the new card), but the button that says "Replace Card" doesn't work.  Does anyone know what I have done wrong?  My backup bank account hasn't changed, but I just put in new linked card today (because it was also lost at the same time).  It linked okay, so I don't think that has anything to do with it.

Thank you! I was eventually able to make the button work. I believe the issue was the touch pad on my computer. Thanks for your help!

The card is lost...therefore not in my posession.  So there's no number on the back to refer to.

thay need to put lost or srolen card button so you can just click on it and b directed as to what to do and send you another card
