Paypal Digital Gifts Code Not Working (Wayfair)

Hello,

I attemped to make a purchase using a Paypal Digital Gifts gift card to Wayfair that I received as a Christmas gift, and the code is showing as invalid after several attempts to enter it upon checkout.  I called Wayfair about the issue and they told me that it is an issue with Paypal Digital Gifts.  I called Paypal and can never get a hold of a human being.

Can someone please help?

You could contact the place where you purchased the gift card.

You could make a phone call to PayPal support for help.

No one here knows your account or cardt details so you need to do what you have to do for help.

Thanks but as I said above, it was a gift, and nobody at Paypal answers the phone.

OK so I was finally able to place the order by enterring the PIN instead of the gift card code, which is completely counterintuitive.  It may be worth Paypal making the process a bit more transparent.
