Paypal Cash @ 17 Years Old

Hey all. I recieved $60 in the form of a PayPal Cash card for Christmas (early) from my aunt. However, because I am 17, I cannot enter the money into the account. Is there any way for me to get the money or do I have to wait until June (ugh).
