How to resolve sandbox message 3005 error?

Having a problem in my sandbox. I can login, but at the Welcome screen when I click All Account Activity, I get an error page "Sorry — your last action could not be completed" Message 3005.
Is there a current status webpage somewhere for the sandbox? The one link I found is broken.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
