PayPal Here only works through Wifi.

I recently started a new job and it requires paypal here access. The company has a login, which will only work when I am connected to Wifi. Now, I've tried signing in from the Wifi and leaving the connection open until the transaction, but that didn't seem to work. I have seen the card reader work with other SamSung phones, but only if they were connected to an iPad and the mobile device was used as a hotspot.

I can't believe that the top phone manufacturer, and their flagship phone simply "forgot" security protocols, plus Android pay works fine. 

I need a solution, or I am in serious danger of getting fired.

Whose wifi service are you using?

Since the company requires PayPal Here is the company providing the hardware device or do you use your own device?

If it's a company requirement it seems the company should be responsible for the device and specific wifi service.

So, are you saying PayPal Here doesn't work with a data connection on your phone?
