Hello-
Is there a way to force the chip reader to ask for the tip via the app rather than on the chip reader? I feel that there must be, because every once in a while the tip will be requested on the app...but I can't figure out what sequence of actions cause this so that I can do it every time.
The reason I want the tip to be requested on the app instead of on the chip reader is that on the app, the tip percentages are displayed to the customer.
