Help with Paypal Cash card from Walgreens..

I put $150.00 on a card and everytime I try tand redeem it, it redirects me back to the page where you type in the code. It does not tell me it was rejected or anything. Just redirects me. HEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPP. I thought it would be a quick solution...

What device/OS/browser you are using to redeem?  Maybe you need to switch device/OS/browser, clear cookies and cache.

I have tried Chrome and Internet Explorer. I got a hold of customer service. They said it is an identity verification problem but it never specified that.
