Cannot activate my new PayPal Business Debit Card

I have the card.  It says to go to paypal.com/activatecard.  When I do, I get taken to my account summary.  Then there's no way to find how to activate it within my account.

 

Am I missing something here?  How do I activate it?  I've been with PayPal over 10 years and this is the first time I've had this issue.

Clicking on "Manage My Cards" refers to that URL indicated in red-which just goes to a non-existant part of the page I'm currently on.

Thanks for the help, everyone, but I've been trying the web for two weeks now to make this work. I even emailed PayPal three days ago without a peep. I'm now going to go sit on the phone again and hope they pick up this time (last time was almost an hour and a half with no one taking my call). Didn't use to be this difficult or frustrating.

My page was and is different. It showed my current card and the new card waiting to be activated under manage my cards and there is a popup when you click on a card. I see that you do not even have your current card listed under manage my cards.

 

I'm using Opera browser on a PC but I doubt that has anything to do with it.

After 3 hours of frustration online and with phone reps, I called PayPal again.  When the automated robot starts talking, I yelled "ACTIVATE CARD" and boom - it let me enter the number, etc. and it was activated.  That simple! LOL

First time I called this evening, it said stuff about long wait times, and then I was listening to Muzak for about 15 minutes. I hung up. Called again - this time, for the first time, it got me in to a voice-activated menu. WHERE WAS THAT BEFORE?! Took a few minutes (saying activate card didn't work until it let me say it - I was frustrated), but I finally got through it. Yeeesh.

Kind of like how there was no activate my card option when I first logged in.

Going to just cut this card up. Amazing how much time Paypal takes up rather than just admitting there’s a problem here and fixing it. Thanks for another huge waste of time Paypal.

Try paypal.com/activatecard I had a lot of problems too & got an email with a link that didn't work. But finally, I tried searching the link again in a different way & it worked. First time, I copied & pasted to my url to search on my phone, it brought me to my summary page. Second time, I highlighted the link then clicked search then chose Google option. Finally, manage my cards page with a red symbol next to my business debit card showed up. Not sure why that would work, but try different ways & different search engines with the link & see if it will work for you. Good luck!
