Can I open a verified paypal account if I incorporate a company in US with Stripe Atlas Program?

I am opening a Stripe Atlas account.
They are helping me to incorporate my company in the USA.
I will get an office address in Delaware state and a bank account in silicon valley bank.
Thanks a lot to Stripe Atlas program.

I am from Bangladesh. Paypal is not available here.
My question is, am I eligible to open a verified PayPal account in the USA?
Can I accept payment for my business with it?
Will I be able to log in to my PayPal account from Bangladesh?

You need to be in the U. S. in order to open a U. S. PayPal account.

I have a legal business there, a bank account there and a registered office address there. Still I have to present in the US?

PAYPAL will be asking for your Social security number and you dont have it.

They could also ask for your utility bills,and you do not have it.

logging on to your US account from a foreign country which they do not support ,it will restrict your account.
