Premier Pro / Business Account

 Hi I wanted to receive payments and setup recurring payments for my website and the easiest way is PayPal.

However I understand you need a Business or Premier account to do this, but I cannot find an option for Premier Account anymore has this now gone so just a personal or Buisness account is left?

Also what happends if they don't have a PayPal account and they pay by Credit Card we cannot setup a recurring payment I assume?

If you are not a registered business then you just fill in the ''individual'' pathway of the business account.
