Can't load my paypal mastercard

So I have been trying insatnt transfers from the websitie to load into my card and it gives me the error message: 

Before you can complete your transfer from your PayPal Account to your PayPal Prepaid MasterCard you must grant permission to access this feature. Please press OK to continue.

After I allow it, it redirects me back to the paypal prepaid website and gives me the same error message. 

I checked my paypal profile settings and it seems to have added fine. It seems to be in a constant loop.

Anyone else having this issue?

Well, I transferred some money to nowhere now apparently. Its been 20 minutes and the money is gone from my PayPal but not on my card. I've had it.

Still not working for me.  Anybody else getting the message that I have to  sign up for preapproved paymentss? And when I do it brings me right back to where I started.

I can also confirm that it is now fixed.

It is NOT fixed.  And not only that my balance changed when I refreshed the page - before I tried to transfer anything.  When I tried to transfer $1 to test it, I had to re-approve payment and then my dollar disappeared from my PayPal account but is not in my MC account, so it is definitely NOT fixed.

Just transferred a penny and my dollar showed up.  I don't have any confidence in this system anymore, even when it appears to work it's way too buggy to be responsible for anyones money.

i just confirmed it worked.  Got the popup as usual went through reauthorization and it took me back.

This time i got the success message and the funds were at the top.

Yes, it's working for me, too, now. Transferrred 5 dollars, and the transfer was instantaneous.
