I just got off of the phone with them too. But the woman I spoke with told me that they hadn't heard back from IT and that she couldn't provide me with any information about a time because the system has already been down for two days and they don't want to give out the wrong information. I am hoping that the person who you spoke with is more knowledgeable about what is going on and that this is going to be fixed soon. I didn't feel too hopeful after my conversation with that woman. I need to get groceries so bad. I cannot deal with this for another day. I am hoping that things work out for all of us soon. This has been one of the worst days I can remember in a long time. I told her, also, that it would be nice to have some sort of estimate. I told her that I didn't want to transfer the slow way unless it was absolutely necessary. I mean, it would have been nice if we all could have had a heads up yesterday so that we wouldn't have to check all day long to see if the transfer feature was working, when they knew it wouldn't be. Anyway, I hope this nightmare ends soon. I have had enough.
