Can't load my paypal mastercard

So I have been trying insatnt transfers from the websitie to load into my card and it gives me the error message: 

Before you can complete your transfer from your PayPal Account to your PayPal Prepaid MasterCard you must grant permission to access this feature. Please press OK to continue.

After I allow it, it redirects me back to the paypal prepaid website and gives me the same error message. 

I checked my paypal profile settings and it seems to have added fine. It seems to be in a constant loop.

Anyone else having this issue?

No, it hasn't ..the nightmare continues. I'm cancelling my PayPal Prepaid Mastercard as soon as possible.

I suggest everyone do the same.

This is freaking rediculohs. . I was on the.phone for half an hour earlier with the csr. She had no clue. i need this transfer ASAP!!! Ughhh!! IIf i had known 3 weeks ago, others were having this issue, i never would have done it.
