Can't load my paypal mastercard

So I have been trying insatnt transfers from the websitie to load into my card and it gives me the error message: 

Before you can complete your transfer from your PayPal Account to your PayPal Prepaid MasterCard you must grant permission to access this feature. Please press OK to continue.

After I allow it, it redirects me back to the paypal prepaid website and gives me the same error message. 

I checked my paypal profile settings and it seems to have added fine. It seems to be in a constant loop.

Anyone else having this issue?

I am P*ssed My money has been stuck for days! I was thinking that Paypal could change the way my household operatates. We had concidered having my wifes check direct depositited into paypal and ordering multiple cards So I could give my kids each one. That a way I could easily dictate how much money each kids gets and spends. I sent the little money I had in paypal to moneygram. I will get my son who is away a uniercity to pick that up. Shame on you paypal for holding our money hosage. We gonna start calling you the US goverment. FFS

I am tired of this...forget the BBB...I am  calling my attorny first thing in the morning and filing a class action law suit and weare all getting paid...I dont pay $4.95 a month for this service for nothing...so I hope they take their time to fix it...more money for us all!!!..

Tomorrow will be day 3.  Im about to blow my top!  I already spoke to the dude in india twice.

The first time he said it was a new issue and since he knows my acct is affected it shouldnt take more than 30mins.  5 hours later after waiting on hold 45mins and getting the same guy he tells me tomorrow it will be fixed.

Now still looping through getting my money with only a 5 in my pocket.

I am waiting for paypal to give us ONE good reason why we shouldnt file a class action lawsuit against them because of this.  My business has severely suffered this holiday weekend and there are people who cant even feed their families.  They offer no help, no updates, and no apologies.  They really dont give a flying **bleep** that they are screwing with peoples lives who depend on a reliable company to handle funds.  My faith in paypal has been severely damaged.

I had called about this on Friday. Glad to see I'm not the only one. They told me it was a known issue and that it would be fixed the next morning. Now I'm late on my rent. Great.

What about using the moneygram to get the money out?  Someone on this thread said that's what they did. Funny, when I talked to Paypal on Friday I asked the csr at least twice if there was any alternative to the prepaid debit card to get instant access to my funds, and she said no.

I think we should file a class action suit. Families are not being fed, bills are not being paid. No one can speak english and answer our questions!
