Paypal Instant Transfer down?

I cannt use the Paypal Instant Transfer method on your Paypal Prepaid Mastercard website. Is it down?

I know exactly what you mean....that is one of he most frsutrating things....if i transfer the money regularly it will take 3-5 business days, but then i will lose acess to that money! so if the instant transfer gets fixed in the next hour or so I will be S.O.L (s&*^ out of luck). I think I'm going to just keep waiting patiently and just hope that it gets fixed soon. I literally just talked to them for the fourth time today. The Customer Serice girl told me that the IT department is "working hard" on it right now and that it should be fixed sometime this afternoon. But I'm **bleep** because they told me earlier this morning that it would have been fixed by noon. And now here we are...TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER and the PROBLEM IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. UGHHHH

I am having the same problem, I am not sure what to do. I do not want to transfer it the way that takes several days, but I don't want to wait even longer for the instant transfer to be fixed. This is the same EXACT situation that happened a couple years ago. It was awful then and it is awful again. I can't stand this.

I have the same issue..

 

All I know is this..Google Wallet is where I am going..you dont have this issue with having to transfer everything..half the time the app doesn't work on my phone..

 

 

Very frustrating!!

Okay..I am a business owner and just paid a vendor for work they did and they are not getting their money!!.they are really upset..someone needs to fix this and NOW!  What is going on..is the government holding things up or did someone hack into the system???

 

All I know is this..I am done with PayPal this happened a while ago and this is unexceptable for a company this big!!

 

Look at these posts..people are relying on this!

I agree this is out of control. I just had to move money from my savings to the card because guess what I HAVE NO CHOICE THANKS TO THE IDIOTS RUNNING PAYPAL. Now  I'm just hoping people actually pay me to replace my savings or I'm **bleep** I'm supposed to pay a deposit on my apartment next week and I cant even transfer my own money I EARNED. What's more annoying is I'm hearing impaired so I cannot call or do **bleep** just sit here and wait for them to **bleep** **bleep** up some more.

Well I sent them a nasty email. This is the response I got 5 minutes ago. Also note how dumb they are. I stated clearly in my email that I am hearing impaired and unable to make a phone call yet they tell me to call them.

Yeah, that's the same stupid canned response they're sending to everyone who has emailed them about this issue. The only difference between your message that you got and mine was that mine came from "Jasmine." 

 

This is an outrage. What sort of deranged IT Team does an upgrade to a production server in the middle of a work week without having some sort of backup server in place, or some other contingency plan? This is severely poor planning, to say the least.

 

I'm sitting here right now with exactly $0.94 left on my card because I'm unable to transfer from my PayPal account that's holding my entire paycheck. And I'm pretty pi$$ed off. I'm looking into switching my payments from the company I work for over to Payoneer. Because frankly, this sucks. I have bills to pay, and hungry mouths to feed. And I can't even buy a can of soda on the money that I'm actually able to access, much less the gallon of milk for my daughter who is special needs. This is BS! 

 

I emailed them twice, I called them yesterday, and I tweeted at them 3 times this morning, and that canned BS is the best they can do?! Seriously?! How about "Give me my hard earned money, and give it to me NOW!!!!"

Maybe the media needs to hear about this??

 

Not sure if anyone has mentioned to the National Media.

 

I want to know if what are they (PayPal) are going to do about this!  It's never been this bad.

 

I just ordered my new Google Wallet Card..it's just like the PayPal thing..check it out..the only thing you don't need to do is transfer the money from your PayPal to your card!!

Google Wallet is good. Much easier to use also. Anyway, I sent an email about two different issues (transfer and why aren't they using funds from the prepaid card first like they claim they do) and got a genera-response. Ridiculous. It said to reply if the form letter didn't answer my questions (it ddidn't) so I replied but of course didn't get a response. And still no money in my account. Fail.

I am really starting to feel like I am loosing my S**T!!!!!! Everyone I talk to at Paypal seems like they could care less. They keep saying I can do the transfer today and just be a little more patient but I just dont believe them! I am now stuck with no gas,food, or means to pay bills that I will now encure large penalties on. I pay for a service and I expect to be able to use it! A Paypal manager was able to give me a courtesy credit to my account a few months back because they had made a very stupid mistake in regards to not knowing their are 28 days in Feb and not 30. I feel like Paypal owes everyone a "One time Credit" in the amount that they are trying to pull from their account because they are the direct reason none of us have any $! They take no responsibility for their own problems and just push them onto their customers. If I didnt use paypal so often I would cancel my account right now! I could kill right now !
