Anyone with a problem accessing PayPal Here catalog items from computer web site?

I am unable to access PayPal Here from the new PayPal Tools menu.  I was able to do so in the past and I had already entered catalog items and business profile.   Today, however, I get an error "We’re sorry, we’re unable to save your changes. Please try again."  When I dismiss the error I see empty profile and receipt previews; these were both completed previously and print on receipts.  An alternate brower was used, including deleting cookies.  Changes to catalog were made on phone and saved in an attempt to re-set something on the account, all to no avail.

I talked to a customer support specialist who could not find a solution and could only submit the information to tech service.

I need the service now so I can add inventory items for an event tomorrow.

The problem persists and is very frustrating.

I can't add catetories on my smart phone, either.
