Why PayPal is not Available in Pakistan

I'm a freelancer, many time my client told me that we are sending you payment through PayPal but refuse them because PayPal is not available in Pakistan more then 20000 freelancer doing different kind of project for all over the world from Pakistan, many client perferd PayPal but paypal is not availabe in pakistan, we request you all PayPal team that please please start paypal services in Pakistan so we get our payment very easily using paypal...

It''s not totally up to PayPal, it's has to do with each country's' banking laws and money transaction regulations.  If PayPal had their preferences, they would be in every country and would offer the same features and functions to everyone however, that's not possible because each individual country has their own laws and regulations.  As PayPal must abide by each country's banking laws and money transaction regulations, they can only offer limited services to some countries and full features to others.

Can we get the PayPal Master card in Pakistan?
