Sounds like you must have signed up for some sort of a subscription service with Clickbank. You don't remember doing that..?? If that's the case you'll need to reach out to them about that, and if you don't agree with why they're charging you then you can ask them to refund your payments. If they refuse you could file a dispute through PayPal, but depending on the scenario you may not have any luck with that. You could cancel the subscription through your PayPal account profile, though.
