stuck "verifying your information"

I have the following problem: when trying to pay for a product purchase via paypal, I normally fill out my details, nevertheless it sends out the following message to me: "verifying your information..." it is stuck and does not continue to pay. I have tried other browsers, but again the same. I made some mobile purchases but now I can not even get it.

the same problem, I cannot to pay from Czech Republic. I can log in on www.paypal.com successfully, but Checkout on Ebay write "Verifying your information". I wrote to PayPal and my account is OK, they say that problem is on Ebay.

I tried Firefox, IE, another computer with Windows 10, Windows 7, mobile Ebay app. I turned off antivirus and firewall. I changed my password on PayPal, I tried again reload my debit card.

ebay helpdesk encourage me to use another site which is www.ebay.ca, I don't know why, but payment was successful !

Hi PayPal,

I have the same problem on ebay.com, I am from Czech republic. I am unable to pay via PayPal on ebay over one month. The same problem is on all computers and mobile phone. I tried unliked and again linked PayPal account on ebay but it didn't helped.

Can somebody helm me with this problem?

As I wrote above, as alternative solutions can be used, for example, www.ebay.ca. The watch list is the same and the payment goes well. But I do not know the reason for this problem. I am also from the Czech Republic.
