Hi

based on a system I got My refund and it will send to my account 

the problem is the card is already Block by the Bank but Not the Account

can i get my refund through other bank account or card??

or any thing can help to get my money

Its an automatic process so card payments go back to cards.

Talk to your card issuer.

And please can you not make 4 threads on the same topic, its unfair on others waiting their turn.
