I had several emailed notices of purchases today so I logged into eBay to purchase shipping and prepare them for Monday shipment. After completing the shipping purchases, I received an email notice from eBay that they had notified one of the buyers that their cancellation request couldn't be honored because I'd already shipped the item. (It's Sunday so I haven't actually shipped it, but I did pay for the shipping.) I'm willing to refund the buyer's purchase price but since I've already paid for the shipping, I would only be willing to refund the actual cost of the items purchased. Can a partial refund be done? If I could be refunded for the shipping without major hassle, I'd be willing to refund the full amount.
