PayPal Credit promotions are presented whenever PayPal determines you are a good candidate for the promotion.
You will not know in advance if you will be offered a promotional option. If and when a promotion is offered at time of payment you will be able to see the details before selecting the option.
If there is no PayPal Credit option for payment they you need to select another payment source.
