paypal cancel unauthorized purchase but did not return the money

i received this email from paypal.

i not received any money in my paypal account
and no refund nothing on my credit card

I had to pay for a unauthorized purchase, into my credit card bill

It generally takes at least a couple business days for the credit card issuer to credit the credit card account.  How long has it been since you received the email message from PayPal?

Yikes... that's a long time to be waiting!

I think it's time to call PayPal customer support for assistance... log in to your PayPal account, click on the "Contact Us" link which is at the bottom of most PayPal pages and select the "Call Us" option... the next page will provide you with a passcode and the PayPal phone number for your account.

I need a document to prove to the bank that paypal returned the money. because I'm paying for a purchase without my authorization

I am finding many fraud cases like mine, by digital river and platform mycommerce.com -  illegally charging right through paypal

Ok I know this is really old but...

I recently though I had been robbed as well... because I didn't understand what this "Digital River GmbH" thing was...

And then I thought of the things I had done in the past and what was the last thing I bought, I haven't bought many things so... I remembered purchasing Clip Studio Paint... and that transaction didn't seem to appear...

So I oppened my Clip Studio Paint e-mail and well... it turns out that's from them! 

I was honestly really scared when I first saw that transaction since I didn't recognize the company at all... I think this could've been handled better if only the order had something that mentioned the actual product that was purchased!
