paypal account balance

I bought a paypal My Cash card to put money in my paypal account to buy a jacket off a website. I bought the card and added the money yesterday and my paypal balance is still at $0. i went to the website im buying from and it won't let me use the money that I had loaded to my account, it keeps wanting me to use a credit or debit card and I don't have one.....so what do I do now???? This is frustrating! And I didn't mention I'm new to PayPal lol

If you have the receipt for the card, contact their customer service number through this page:
