Linking a debit card

My card is linked to an account that is closed and I can not link it to my new account . what do I do?

PayPal recommends that you remove all bank and cards before closing accounts.  If there were no problems with your closed account perhaps PayPal customer service could remove it for you.  If not, you must use another card.
