I'm having an issue and pay pal has not been helpful. I sold two items on line. The payments show up in my pay pal under pending. It gives me the option to accept or decline the payment. I accept it. It shows me the summary of the payment, blah blah blah. Tells me it's ok to ship the item. Then I go back to account overview and under pending the payment is still there, but rather than saying accept or decline, it now says payment received. Well when I log in a few hours or a day later to check on that status of my payment it gives me the option to accept or decline it again as if I never accepted it in the first place. Am I ever going to get my money?? Super annoyed.

Have you called up customer service about this? This is user community forums and we do not have access to others' accounts internally to troubleshoot.
