so i do not have a job and i am broke as in i have zero dollars. i sold some art to someone for 100$. which i need very much now! stupid paypal is saying i need to wait 21 days until i can get my money. i was going to use the money to personally drive the art to the buyer. paypal is saying i can speed up the process with a tracking order...i still will have to wait seven days............i can not get a tracking order because i will be bringing the purchased item to them personally. i need this money now! does paypal even realize that facebook offers instant payment without all these bs strings attached............

Sorry, but you agreed these bs strings attached when you signed up for a PayPal account.  Not only is there a 21 day hold until you are an established seller with a good track record but, you are liable for any disputes, chargebacks, and reversals which can happen at any time.  You are actually better off shipping the art in case the buyer files a Item Not Received dispute as you will have tracking/proof of delivery.

send a small packet 2 ounces with tracking,cost is $2.61 if you print shipping label on Ebay or Paypal,then you have tracking.

then drive to deliver your art work,

You have no selle protection if you cant prove tracking .

Using PayPal for an urgent need is likely to result in NO cash and NO product; a loss!

If FB is better than Paypal,why did you not sell it on FB?

Does FB has its own payment processor?
