Contact seller immediately for help. PayPal can't intervene in your buyer/seller activities.

Was the Pending one listed as authorization? If the order was canceled for the pending one, the authorization may drop off with time.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Yes it was
the problem is they took from my bank account first the completed one, and then my paypal balance ont he pending authorization one, so I don't know how they will get my money back.
I contacted the amazon seller as suggested and they said there was only one completed transaction and they only shipped one item, so i think this will clear up
i'm just afraid paypal will take my money
i mean where they going to refund, balance or bank account?

I made domain renewal the other night and after I input my PayPal card info at checkout, I decided to go back and edit my cart, next thing I knew, I get a PayPal receipt that I paid! lol I didn't even click Pay Now! lol I spoke with the domain registrar who had 24 hour live chat believe it or not, and they said the order didn't go through but there is an preauthorization there but the domain did not renew. However, the authorization will reverse in a couple hours and the money released back into my bank or my PayPal balance in this case, in 24-48 hrs. It actually took almost 2 hours. I renewed again later that day and everything went smoothly.
I do not know how long ago your purchases went through but give it 24 to 48 hours for th authorization to drop off. If the pending one took from your balance, the money will be released back and the pending transaction will disappear. It is only a preauthorization or authorization hold, not that the recipient claimed the money.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

They are not stealing your money. You initiated these charges. The problem is, PayPal doesn't have a system to stop bank payments once they are put through. It is automated and they will make another attempt at payment. If you make a mistake or there is duplicate transactions, the bank payment has to process first, pinging back a response to PayPal 's system, that payment is ok or NSF. important to keep funds in funding sources and to check your funding source during checkout to see if the correct one is being used. Barring that yes, then PayPal messed up and they do. They are not perfect. Just because it is online, does not mean real time either.
Read this page, lotsa good info on how bank payments work:

Is this happening with a new transaction or was it one of the transactions from your 2 Amazon orders?
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
