You cannot complete this transaction at this time..

 I most recently added another VISA ELECTRON card to my account, and I wanted to withdraw funds to that card but it turns out that PayPal has some errors and faults.

When I click on withdraw, and select the method to withdraw to my card, I select the funds I want to withdraw and click continue.

I only get an error saying "You cannot complete this transaction at this time"

Note!

My card is active and my account is verified.

Guys I would appreciate your help or the help of the staff of PayPal since I really need the money on my account.

I need an explanation why is this happening and tips how this can be solved.

Hi guys, have been trying to send payments via payapal for the last one mmonth with no success. It keeps on telling me, We can't send your payments right now. If the problem continues please contact Customer Support. have contacted your teem but they keek sending me automated messages. and others tells me that they can not be able to help me since this is an issue with security program, surely???? kindly healp

Ok, i now post here to let you know that my problem was fixed.. I recieved a call from paypal and they needed me to confirm its me and they managed to fixed it.  I think its a software problem. This is happening to a lot of people this montth but i am sure they will fix it.

My recommandation is to write them on Help/Message Center/Bank Account Credit Card/ Addwitdraw. They have a big number of complaints so it will take some time. If this isnt working call them on the phone.

I am one of yours and they fixed my withdraw problem, im sure they will fix yours too soon.

Since now I don' have this problem. Everything works. For me helped PayPal on Facebook. 🙂

i do it yesterday and they answer me :

"in such cases, the only one that can actually help is Customer Service, because they have access to your account. We can't do it via Facebook."
