I don't understand why I can't buy a gift card from PayPal gifts (specifically a 62 dollar Amazon giftcard) when I can buy from other websites using PayPal just fine. Every time I try to purchase a gift card it says "Sorry, we can't complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant." I can buy things on Steam and Ebay perfectly, but on PayPal Gifts it just refuses to work.
EDIT: Whoops... just realized it was sending messages to my phone while I had it off and didn't check it, and now whenever I make another purchase it doesn't send me any messages..
