I will try to explain my problem in more details, and I hope I can find some one to fix/help to solve the issue that I m facing.
I m using prepaid visa card, the information on the card match the one in paypal, it is linked and verified.
I used my Paypal Account with the same visa card, to pay for my subscription on Lynda. it works and it was accepted. by mistake I canceled the agreement from Paypal Preapproved payments. now I tried to renew my subscription on Lynda, but once I login to Paypal it ask me to add credit/debit card. I already have one associated with my paypal account. I talked to PayPal Support team, and they sayd Lynda needs to clear your agreement from their side. Lynda clear that, but same until now I can't use my account.
for testing, I canceled the agreement with another website, and the same issue appear .
I think the problem from PayPal side, any help
