Who or what is EPS-LLC? Paypal report $$ for brother's email delivered to EPS-LLC.

Who or what is EPS-LLC?  I sent funds to my brother's email address, but Paypal reports it is delivered to EPS-LLC,  is it a middleman processor?

If not, what happened?

I inadvertently left out of inquiry above, the email address of EPS-LLC, which Paypal says is:    <removed> which I never heard of and is completely different from my brother's email <removed> !

So I sent an email to the email address Paypal reported as where I sent my money to.  My google mail bounced it back saying it is a bogus email address.

What gives?   Is Paypal hacked?

Sorry folks.   All is well.  My brother was traveling / driving and could not contact him to discuss earlier.

He confirms that he did have such an entity id with Paypal from many many years ago (over ten years ago), that he forgot about. 

Hopefully he can access his funds that I transmitted, but it is no fault of Paypal, nor any other errata.

Thanks for being available so that I could have an avenue to voice my worries and concerns about.
