Where is my refund?

I was refunded by a seller on eBay on the 12th March, looking through my activity, the refund shows that it is completed, but the money does not show up in my balance, I used PayPal to pay for this item, and did not use payPal for my debit card, the whole purchase was completed through PayPal, who then collected the money when I originally paid for the item from my bank.

It is only a small amount, but it is better in my pocket than someone elses!

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).

Have you bought anything and paid for it via paypal since the refund should have gone in??

The reason i ask is that if you have funds in your paypal balance and then buy something then paypal will sometimes take from those funds rather than from your normal funding source eg bank account or card.

To check go and click on the word "details" next to any paypal buying transaction around that time and see if they were funded from your paypal balance ie refund rather than your normal funding source.

No purchase was made using any paypal balance, everything has been done correctly, every possibility considered, everything checked and double checked, and I have not had the refund credited to my paypal balance

Please stop saying the obvious, I am fully aware of all the suggestions you have made, and I havent just checked things once I have checked everything many times over, I have not received the refund, I did not use a debit or credit card, I did not purchase an item using any balance, I do not use cheques, items are paid for via direct debut from paypal to my bank, and I still have not had my refund, can you tell me how to contact paypals customer service, now that would be good advice!!!!
