We can't complete your purchase this time. Please return to the Merchant

Dear PayPal,

 

I am using a Wix Platform and each time a customer wants to pay, an  error message saying "We can't complete your purchase at this time, please return to the merchant." I was able to successfully test and receive and refund a payment once but it won't push through anymore.

 

What should I do? Please help me as I need customer payments.
