Hi RemyJS,
Welcome to the Community!
There are different types of services available for different countries. In Suriname, a bank cannot be used on your PayPal account. A credit card can be used to send funds.
If you are seeing the ability to add a bank, then your account is likely not set up for Suriname. It is important to select your actual country of residence when setting up your account. If you are living in a country other than Suriname, you will not be able to add a bank from that country.
I hope this helps!

Hi RemyJS, welcome a board.
If you created a PayPal U.S. account, then the bank routing number will be there. But if you create an account according to your country, routing entries will not appear when you fill your bank there.
Hope it helps.

I already tried that solution. I made an new papal account and selected my country, but when I go to the "get verified" page it still ask for a 9-digit routing number. My banks only has a Swift Code and that's a code of 8 digits.

Well... open a ticket and ask PayPal to change the screen and tell them Suriname does not use routing number for bank account. Go here --> https://www.paypal.com/id/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_contact-general with a topic: Bank Account/Credit Card and sub topic: Confirming a bank account. and Hope they will quickly change the screen for South American Banks.
