I've tried to purchase 3 different items today using PayPal credit card and in didn't accept it and filled in the bubble for PayPal balance. Does anyone know why? It gave a message that the funds might not be in the correct format? Or that the buyer doesn't accept it? Is there a certain amount that you have to spend to use it?
I have had the same problem. I thought it might have been the website. I just got the credit for this specific purchase today. I thought that may be why also. I'm in the same boat as you.
