Received an email regarding a payment to ebay for over $1000. The purchase is NOT in my ebay account, yet the money was deducted from my bank via PayPal. I contacted PayPal but was told that they "determined there was no unauthorized use", and "Based on our review, we found this transaction is consistent with your PayPal payment history." I do make purchases through ebay, but never for this amount. How can I contact PayPal and get them to review this?
