Tracking info not updating

Hello - My funds are on hold because the tracking number I supplied PayPal is not showing as delivered, when in fact, the package WAS delivered vis Ebay and the USPS website. How can this be fixed? Example of my issue:

I am the seller and this is not a completed transaction, it is a pending transaction. What you are referencing only applies to completed transactions.

I am also the seller if that has anything to do with it.

I assumed you were the seller.  If the transaction wasn't completed, then it means you weren't paid.

Does your transacton lines in PayPal activity show information for that specific transaction?
